Frequently asked questions
What is Undangan?
Undangan lets you build your own digital wedding invitation and share it by link (usually WhatsApp). Guests see the events and map, RSVP, leave wishes and copy gift details.
Is it free?
Right now creating and publishing one invitation has no fee, with a small "Made with Undangan" credit. Paid plans will be announced on the Pricing section.
Can I change it after publishing?
Yes. Change names, times, venues or photos any time, then republish. The link you've shared stays the same. The link address itself can't change after publishing.
What does the link look like? Can I use our names?
You choose the link address yourself, e.g. couple-names, as long as it's free.
Is our privacy protected?
Invitations aren't indexed by Google by default, so only people with your link find them. Uploaded photos are stripped of location data (EXIF) and only made public when you publish. Your data is private by default. Admins can access data for moderation or troubleshooting; admin actions that change data (for example unpublishing or deleting an invitation) are recorded in an audit log.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. They just open the link on their phone.
Does gift money go through Undangan?
No. We only display your bank, e-wallet or QRIS details. Gifts go directly from guest to you.
Can it fit different religions or customs?
Yes. Choose the opening greeting: Islamic, Christian, Catholic, neutral or general. Events can be Akad, Pemberkatan, Reception or any custom event.
Is it bilingual?
Yes, Indonesian and English; guests can switch.
