Creating your invitation

How do I make a digital wedding invitation?

Sign up, then fill in the wizard step by step: the couple and parents, events, venues and photos. Pick a template and colors, publish, then share the link on WhatsApp. Your answers autosave, so you can stop and continue later.

Can I change the event date after the invitation is published?

Once. Before publishing, the event date can be changed freely. After publishing, it can be changed only once, so make sure the new date is correct. This applies to every account.

Can the invitation be bilingual, and what opening greetings are there?

The invitation can be read in Bahasa Indonesia or English, and guests can switch. You also choose the opening greeting: Islamic, Christian, Catholic, neutral or general.

Guests & RSVP

How do guests open the invitation?

Guests just tap the link in WhatsApp. No app, no sign-up.

How do RSVPs and wishes work?

Guests fill in their name, attendance (yes, no or not sure), party size (up to 10) and a message. Answers show up in your dashboard. Wishes appear on the invitation once you approve them.

How does the digital gift work?

Show bank accounts, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) or QRIS, up to 4 entries. Guests can copy the number or save the QR code. We don't handle the money: gifts go straight from guest to you.

Privacy

Does my invitation show up on Google?

Not by default. Invitations aren't indexed by search engines, so only people who receive the link find them.

Who can see my guests' data?

Guest names and RSVP answers are private by default and visible to you in the dashboard. Admins access data only for operational purposes and moderation; changes made by admins and access to contact data are logged (audit log). Wishes show only after you approve them.

How are my photos handled?

Photos are automatically compressed and resized, and location data (EXIF) is removed when you upload. Photos are stored privately and only made public when you publish the invitation.
